Bill and Giuliana Rancic's son is ready for his closeup.
Ten-month-old Duke made his first national TV appearance on The Today Show Monday morning, and will be featured in the upcoming season of his parents' Style Network reality series Giuliana & Bill when it premieres Tuesday.
But the Rancics insist this isn't the beginning of a life spent in the limelight for their only child.
"It's not going to be a long-term venture for him," Bill Rancic says. "This will be it. He'll do one season -- two seasons maybe, and that's it. Long term, we're going to raise him in Chicago, he's going to go to school in Chicago, and he's going to be out of the LA/Hollywood scene."
The Rancics have been very public about the fertility challenges and subsequent breast cancer scare.
Duke was born using a surrogate, and the Rancics revealed that they are in the process of making plans for another child.
