Prince Harry to Speak at Obama Foundation Summit in Chicago

Keep an eye out for the Wales monarch this Halloween

His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales is coming to the Windy City this Halloween.

The prince will visit Chicago in late-October to address young leaders from around the globe at the inaugural Obama Foundation Summit. Over 20,000 people have applied to attend the event.

Obama Foundation CEO David Simas describes the summit as a platform for international leaders to "share ideas about how to inspire and equip communities with the tools to make positive change."

Harry is expected to discuss The Royal Foundation's involvement with the Full Effect Project, a program he created in St. Ann's, Nottingham working to prevent youth violence, crime and gang involvement.

The Obama Foundation summit will welcome 10 other main stage speakers in addition to the prince, including former Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi and former policy advisor to the Clinton Administration Eric Liu.

The prince is expected to land in Chicago prior to the summit, which will be held from Oct. 31 to Nov. 1.
