Police Search for Suspects in 11 Armed Robberies

Three men are holding up people at gunpoint on the Northwest Side, says police

Chicago police need your help to find three men robbing people at gun point on the Northwest Side.
 
Eleven armed robberies have taken place between Sept. 24 and Oct. 13 between the hours of 4 p.m. and 1 a.m., according to a police community alert.
 
Police said the men approached the victims on the street or in alleys. They then demanded wallets, money and cell phones at gunpoint. 
 
The suspects are described as black men between 20 and 35 years old, standing from 5 feet, 9 inches to 6 feet, two inches and weighing 180-200 pounds. They wore dark hooded sweatshirts and blue jean-type pants. One of their weapons is a small caliber handgun, according to a police release.
