A driver faces a DUI charge after their vehicle rolled over on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) in the west suburbs early Sunday.
The accident happened at about 2:40 a.m. on I-294 near the 75th Street exit, Illinois State Police Sgt. Brian McKinney said.
McKinney did not have information about how the crash happened, but it appeared the vehicle had come to a rest near a toll.
The driver was arrested, and DUI charges are pending, McKinney said. Another person in the vehicle was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with minor injuries.
A third person in the vehicle was not hurt, McKinney said.
