Chicagoans who plan to travel for Thanksgiving this year may want to give thanks to something other than the miracle of air travel.
In all likelihood, air travelers will rue the day they decided to fly out of Chicago. Orbitz.com predicts O'Hare airport to be the busiest airport in the nation this holiday weekend, according to the Chicago Tribune.
O'Hare will outpace the second busiest airport, Los Angeles' LAX by 20 percent. Boston Logan and New York LaGuardia round out the top four.
Orbitz determined the business quotient by looking at arriving, departing and connecting flights between Nov. 23 and Nov. 29.
More than 24 million travellers are expected this year.
