A naked woman caused delays for a Chicago Transit Authority Red Line train Saturday afternoon at the Red Line’s Granville station.
Police responded to the scene around 12:45 p.m. at the Red Line’s Granville station for reports of a disturbance involving a 31-year-old female, according to Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada. When officers arrived, they were warned that a woman on the train was causing a disturbance and was “not fully clothed.”
The CTA sent out a tweet reporting the delay Saturday afternoon.

The woman was taken into custody and transported to Saint Francis Hospital without any further incident for psychiatric evaluation, Estrada said.
CTA riders took to Twitter to document the incident.
