A 51-year-old man was shot dead Sunday afternoon in the Roseland neighborhood on the South Side, police said.
The shooting occurred in the 200 block of West 115th Street at 11:57 p.m., police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
Condition and hospital information were not immediately available.
Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
