Man Accused of Videotaping Girls' Backsides at Walmart

Police say man intended to post images online

A South Dakota man faces charges for allegedly shooting video of two females at a northwest Indiana Walmart store.

Police say Travis Rust recorded the 12- and 18-year-old females unbeknownst to the victims on June 27 at the Portage store.

According to the NWI Times, Rust is charged with a felony count of attempted voyeurism because he allegedly told police he intended to post the images online.

Rust was confronted by security officials inside the store. He also faces a misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement, according to the newspaper.
