A Berwyn man is accused of stealing $600,000 in jewelry, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Naperville police arrested Harold Guzman, 51, on Feb. 8 in connection to a car burglary back in October. The vehicle reportedly belonged to a traveling salesman, who may have been targeted because of the goods he was carrying.
A tip from a witness led police to Guzman, according to the Tribune. Police are still investigating and none of the missing pieces have been found.
Guzman is being held at DuPage County Jail. He is charged with burglary to a motor vehicle and felony theft.
