Man, 22, Reportedly Missing From Chicago: Officials

"The FBI is assisting in the investigation at the request of the Chicago Police Department"

A search is underway for a 22-year-old missing man who was last seen Friday, according to authorities.

Esteban Uriostigue was last seen on June 28, according to Chicago police, in a Jewel-Osco supermarket located at 2550 N. Clybourn Ave.

The Lawndale resident has brown eyes and dark hair, measures 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds, officials said.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt with red stripes and jeans, authorities added.

"The FBI is assisting in the investigation at the request of the Chicago Police Department," confirmed Special Agent and Public Affairs Officer Siobhan Johnson in a statement to NBC 5.

The Uriostigue family was scheduled to hold a prayer vigil Monday at 4 p.m. at the Lincoln United Methodist Church located at 2242 S. Damen Ave.
