MRI Negative On Derrick Rose's Sprained Ankle

Derrick Rose's MRI Results: Negative

Chicago can breathe a big sigh of relief.

An MRI of Bulls star Derrick Rose's sprained ankle has come back negative and the point guard expects to start Tuesday.

Rose twisted his ankle during the first quarter of Saturday's playoff game against the Indiana Pacers and has since sported a walking boot on his left foot.

The star point guard continued to play for about 32 minutes after suffering the sprain and dismissed the injury as not being a issue, reports the Bulls Official Website.

The Bulls are leading the first-round playoff series 3-1.
