Lombard Man Wins $1M Lottery Twice in 10 Years

Scott Anetsberger says he'll spend his latest winnings on college, bills

A streak of big-bucks luck continues for Scott Anetsberger of Lombard.

Anetsberger won the Illinois Lottery's $1 million grand prize not once, but twice in the past 10 years, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Anetsberger told the state lottery his previous win was around nine years ago, from the Merry Millionaire game. He plans to spend his winnings by paying bills and sending his two younger children to college.

The latest winning ticket comes from Villa Park’s J&P Food, which received a $6,000 bonus for selling the lottery ticket.
