Fifteen people were trapped inside an elevator for more than an hour at a Loop building late Wednesday.
The elevator inside 60 E. Monroe Street suddenly came to a stop at around 11 p.m.
Firefighters were able to eventually free the trapped people.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
The building houses condos, businesses and office space.
