Chicago firefighters were called to a extra-alarm blaze in the Roseland neighborhood late Monday night.
It broke out the Wash Tub Laundry, at 10940 S. Michigan Ave., at about 10:30 p.m.
When fire crews arrived, the one-story building on the far south side was engulfed in flames. The roof collapsed before it was extinguished around 11:45 p.m.
The laundromat was open at the time the fire started, but no injuries were reported.
