A man is using a tire iron to rob a bank in Willow Springs, authorities say.
The man has reportedly twice robbed the First Merit Bank on S. Archer Avenue. The first robbery was last July.
He struck again Monday afternoon, the FBI said in a news release.
The FBI says the man stands between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall and weighs between 250 and 260 pounds. He has a goatee.
