Dexter Fowler and his wife Aliya have welcomed their newest daughter into the world.
The former Chicago Cubs player posted a photo of his wife and daughter Naya with their newborn baby Ivy Noor on the Fourth of July.
"This is what it's all about!" he wrote. "Welcome to the world Ivy Noor Fowler! My 3 angels... I'm truly blessed!"

The child's name does share a connection to his former team, even if his wife debunked those thoughts soon after announcing it.
But baby Ivy's name isn't her only connection to the team Fowler proudly won a World Series with.
She'll undoubtedly have a fan in one of the Cubs' biggest stars.

Fowler and Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo have remained friends, even though their current teams are longtime rivals. Such good friends, in fact, Fowler asked his wife to reschedule Ivy's birth so he could "go see Rizzo."
Fowler's daughter Naya was also asked to be the flower girl at Rizzo's upcoming wedding.
No matter what team you root for, it appears a congratulations are in order!
