Derrick Rose Spotted in Alabama

The Bulls star was seen Tuesday night at a local restaurant in Montgomery

Derrick Rose was spotted in Montgomery, Ala., Tuesday following reports of the Bulls All-Star being in town to visit with Dr. James Andrews, the orthopedic surgeon to some of the best and biggest name professional athletes in the country.

Charles Daniels of local NBC affiliate WSFA News spotted Rose at Bizzy B's Bar and Grill Tuesday night and snapped a picture of him. Rose apparently went there to watch Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Miami Heat.

Rose, who stays true to his Chicago roots no matter where he is, wore a Chicago Blackhawks baseball cap and what appears to be his upcoming sneaker, the adidas Rose 3.0.

In the picture you also can see Derrick wearing shorts and what appears to be a black brace on his surgically repaired left knee.

According to Daniels who spoke to NBC Chicago via Twitter, Rose arrived toward the end of the second quarter of Game 4 and stayed until midway through the fourth quarter. He apparently left as Bizzy B's eventually became crowded.

Daniels estimated Rose spent about 40 minutes in the establishment.
