With NHL All-Star Game voting reaching a fever pitch, the Chicago Blackhawks are looking to be well-represented at the annual game as yet another player has reached the top of the mountain among voters.

That's because Corey Crawford, who has been trailing Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price since voting started, finally overtook Price in voting as of Tuesday afternoon. Crawford seized the lead with 311,000 votes, making him one of four Blackhawks players that are currently in line to be voted into the All-Star Game.

Both Patrick Kane with 376,000 votes and Jonathan Toews with 368,000 maintained their positions as the second and third-ranked forwards respectively, but they both still trail Buffalo Sabres forward Zemgus Girgensons by a wide margin. Girgensons has been buoyed by a huge influx of support from his home country of Latvia, and he is lapping the field with nearly 804,000 votes cast.

On the defensive side of things, Duncan Keith continues to sit in second place, trailing only PK Subban among NHL blue liners. Keith's linemate Brent Seabrook currently sits in third place in the competition, with only the top two getting automatically voted into the game.

Balloting stays open through Jan. 1, with the game to be played in late January.
