Channing Tatum Surprises Gold Coast Breakfast Diners

Film star in Chicago shooting "Jupiter Ascending"

Let the star sightings begin.

It's a good summer for Chicago in terms of the amount of movies and TV shows being shot in the city, so don't be surprised if you end up eating breakfast next to someone vaguely familiar.

At least that's what happened to customers at Hash Hash A Go Go Thursday morning when actor Channing Tatum stopped in for breakfast.

Tatum is in Chicago filming "Jupiter Ascending" with Mila Kunis.

1 Our spies tell us he stopped in after shooting scenes in the Gold Coast all night and flew under the radar because he was one of the first customers in the door when the restaurant opened at 7:30 a.m.

But it wasn't long before some people caught on, and Tatum was reportedly extremely gracious, taking a picture with a server, raving about the food and signing a menu that now hangs on the wall that reads "I'm gonna invest."

For the record, Tatum ordered the Tractor Combo, blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs.

So that must be the secret to that six-pack in "Magic Mike?"
