President Obama’s supposed “pal” Bill Ayers has gone from supporter to critic quicker than you can say troop surge.
The Weather Underground founder who became an Obama bugaboo when their alleged association was highlighted during the 2008 campaign joined in an anti-war protest in Chicago’s Loop Wednesday night.
Ayers was caught on video decrying the plan to send 30,000 more troops to the war torn region.
He said he’s appalled at the decision and doesn’t believe that a pull out date will be met.
“This is an absolute tragedy for the people of the middle east, of Afghanistan and for us.”
