Amber Alert Canceled for 2-Year-Old Boy in Indiana

A statewide Amber Alert has been canceled in Indiana for a 2-year-old boy who was believed to be "in extreme danger."

Few information has been released, but NBC affiliate WTHR reports the child was found safe and the suspect is in custody. 

Police said the boy, Kevin "Chub" Wayne Craig, was last seen in Auburn, Indiana and may have been abducted by Dale Curtis Craig.

The child is described as being 3 feet tall, 35 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen just after 3 a.m. Wednesday wearing a dark blue shirt and diaper, according to the Auburn Police Department. 

Dale Craig, 28, is described as a white man, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 162 pounds with a shaved head and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans and black Converse. 

He was believed to be in a tan 1998 Toyota Avalon with Indiana license plate XKZ630. 

Auburn is about 146 miles northeast of Indianapolis.
