$500K in Stolen Goods Recovered from Warehouse

Chocolate, liquor, and.... auto parts?

It appears the thieves that stole nearly $500,000 worth of goods will take anything.

The 52 pallets of stolen materials including Ghirardelli chocolates, high-end auto parts, liquor and concrete garden fountains were discovered at a warehouse in the 2600 block of West 35th Street Saturday, according to police.

Police said they were executing a search warrant at the time of the discovery.

Also among the list of stolen cargo was several trucks and a stolen van.

Police did not have anyone in custody as of Saturday evening and said they were still searching for the thieves as well as the owners of the stolen material.
