5 Charged with Defacing Ferris Wheel: Cops

The words "Job Corps get baked" were found on a seat, police say

Five people learned not to leave graffiti tags at Navy Pier with clues identifying where they live.

Brienna Davis, 21, and Eltakus Cook, 19, both of the 3300 block of South Kedzie Avenue, were charged with criminal defacement of property. Three juveniles faced charges as well, according to Chicago police.

Police found gold-colored graffiti Tuesday on a seat of the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier including the message “Job Corps get baked,” the Chicago Tribune reports.

The five participate in the Jobs Corps program at the above address on the Southwest Side.
