3 Dead, 1 Injured After Motorcycle, Van Involved in ‘High-Speed Collision': Officials

Three people died and a fourth was in critically injured after a “high-speed collision” on Chicago’s South Side, fire officials said Monday night.

The accident, at 106th Street and Indianapolis Avenue, involved a motorcycle and a van, officials said. One woman in the van and both motorcyclists were dead at the scene, officials said.

The driver of the van was sent in critical condition to Christ Medical Center.

South Indianapolis Avenue was closed due to an investigation, officials said.
