Northbound traffic on the Bishop Ford Freeway was operating through one lane Tuesday after two semi trucks crashed near Beaubien Woods on the Far South Side.
The crash happened about 12:25 a.m. just south of 130th Street, Illinois State Police said. One person suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash.
Video taken at the scene of the incident showed that one of the semis was carrying hundreds of cases of wine bottles, which spilled onto the road.
All lanes but one were closed as crews worked to clean up the scene, state police said.
