Go to There: Bloggers Meet Startups

You’re gonna have to hurry, as there are only a handful of tickets left, but there’s a pretty neat shindig going down at Next Door come Sept. 10. Local Internet marketer Scott Winterroth, who works with McCormick Place, is hosting a blogger-startup meetup at the co-working space, and the intent is to match writers with businesses who could use their services. Or, if not their services, then at least their insights. I’m loathe to use the word “synergy,” but there’s likely to be a lot of it coming out of this event, so check it out if you’re around — just RSVP in advance.
