Moshpix: Chicago is in for a new Japanese dining experience with the opening of River North's Union Sushi & BBQ Bar. The 70-seat restaurant follows an East meets West concept in both the decor and the food, which ranges from traditional sushi rolls and sashimi to the featured Barbeque Bar with classic kushiyaki-style grilled meat, fish and vegetables over a 600-degree open flame robata grill and served on a skewer. CheekyChicago.com hosted the grand opening last weekend, a first look at what's sure to be a hot spot this summer.
