Chicago's fashionable food-forward crowd came out in droves Monday night to the Art Institute's Modern Wing for the annual Time Out Chicago Eat Out Awards. Thirty awards were given out to restaurants, chefs, food trucks and more, divided into Critic's Picks and Reader's Choice awards.
