Moshpix: America's favorite breakfast meat proved it's got some moxie, taking center stage Saturday at the third annual Baconfest at the UIC Pavillion. Some of the city's best chefs participated in the event and showcased unique takes on bacon, and pork was incorporated into everything from desserts, alcoholic drinks and good ol' sandwiches. And lest you think there can't possibly be that much love for bacon, keep in mind that tickets for this event sold out almost immediately. Swine times indeed!
