Also showcased in the living area is a custom mahogany framed sconce that was created using six cherry "Tree of Life" panels designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, hanging above a sofa from Chicago's Stitch. Above the upright desk is a custom art piece entitled "Magnificent Marquee" by Todd Mack, a local artist.

The master bedroom has been custom painted by artist Michael Boudreault. The pattern makes reference to Louis Sullivan's Carson Pirie Scott building. The bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the river and the lake.
