A Chicago chiropractor has been charged with inappropriate sexual conduct with a patient at a Highland Park business.
Kevin G. Dutton, 38, turned himself in to authorities Thursday and was charged with criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, both felonies.
A 22-year-old female patient told police that Dutton engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct during a chiropractic treatment on June 12.
The alleged incident occurred at the Wellness Circle in the 800 block of Central Avenue where Dutton works as an independent contractor.
Dutton was released after posting $10,000 bond.
