NBC Chicago has received images of the scaffolding collapse on the Near North Side.
City Department of Buildings inspectors and Bureau of Electricity crews, along with police and firefighters, responded to the area near State and Walton streets around 10:30 a.m. after the scaffolding collapsed. [Google Map]
