Tonight: Ugly Football, Ugly Sweaters

Plus, Lance Briggs holiday bash and Make My Day Monday

MNF: Proving that it's possible to experience uglier football than the Bears performance on Sunday, Jake Melnick's Corner Tap celebrates the season tonight by turning its usual Monday Night Football gathering into an ugly sweater bash. Host Steve Dahl will award a $50 gift certificate for the most outrageous Christmas Sweater, plus, you get a chance to flip Jake's special coin to win prizes like free wings or a discount off your bill.

BRIGGS' BASH: If you still have football on the brain, Bears linebacker Lance Briggs is hosting his holiday party at 42N Latitude Kitchen and Cocktails. Proceeds from the event benefit Briggs4Kidz, a non-profit that helps poverty stricken youth. Ticket price includes an open bar, food and raffle items. 7-11 p.m., 4500 N. Lincoln Ave., Tickets $55

DO-GOODERS: The Make My Day Monday movement -- a Twitter phenomenon that simply asks people to do an act of good and Tweet about it -- continues to gain steam every week, and now they're taking their efforts offline with an event tonight at Epic restaurant, hosted by pro sports agent Scott Norton. Donations from the MMDM event will be given directly to the Union League Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., 112 W Hubbard Street, Donation
