LIVE THE DREAM: Celebrate MLK Jr. Day by heading to one of several events in the city today including a day's worth of activities at the DuSable Museum of African-American History. Enjoy short films, dance, theater, storytelling performances, forum discussions, kids' activities and more from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson and CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien will be part of an interactive discussion at Fellowship Baptist Church from 7:30-10:30 p.m. on how to initiate social change in Chicago. CHICAGO'S CLOSEUP: Hit the Chicago Cultural Center to check out Finding Vivian Maier: Chicago Street Photographer. The accomplished street photographer chronicled life in the Loop and surrounding area in the 1950s, '60s, and '70s, and thousands of her photos were found shortly before her death in 2009.
