Celebrate Black History Month and the lovely weather this weekend by watching “Selma,” will play at Sherwood Park, 5701 S. Shields Ave. The free movie will begin at 6 p.m. and according to the Chicago Park District, refreshments will be served.
Starting February 18, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. the "Spring Flower Show: Spring Training" will be a celebration of the Cubs' win for all ages. If you look hard enough among the flowers, you may even see foul poles, "W" flags and iconic Ivy covered walls.

Homewood will be hosting their 15th Annual Chocolate Fest on Feb. 18, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the H-F Park District Auditorium at 2010 Chestnut Road. Chocolate Fest includes events like: live music, children’s demonstrations and vendor booths selling sweets, desserts and baked goods.
