The Secret to Goose Island's Spicy Wings

When it comes to hot wings, we can't help but love Goose Island Clybourn's fun take on the classic Super Bowl snack: Spicy Sriracha wings with an added kick of wasabi aioli dipping sauce. The recipe was created almost as an homage to Goose Island owner John Hall, who allegedly puts the hot sauce on "everything." There's no questioning the addictive quality of the sweet 'n' spicy wings—executive chef Andrew Hroza says they go through about a case and a half to two cases a week! Click play to see the secret to Hroza's sauce, and if you can't get a table at the restaurant on game day (when it will be inevitably packed to capacity), pick up a six pack and give the recipe a shot yourself.
