BIBLE THUMPING: Death-metal group Behemoth stop by the House Of Blues in support of their latest album, Evangelion. The band's currently receiving heat from its native country, Poland, where the All-Polish Committee For Defense Against Sects tried suing the group for tearing a Bible during a show. FOLK HERO: The Gene Siskel screens one of Andy Griffith's darker movies--A Face In The Crowd. In it, Griffith plays Larry "Lonesome" Rhodes, a charming Arkansas radio personality who becomes increasingly popular after dissing an advertiser. Rhodes attempts to use is newfound fame as a kingmaker in the upcoming presidential election, but Rhodes' ego ends up getting the best of him. 164 N.
