Via The Stew, we learn that this weekend, Chef Maneet Chauhanof Vermilion will be hosting a special dinner ($65 a head) to celebrate her recent appearance on Iron Chef. The chef will replicate the exact menu she made for the show, down to the secret ingredient (if anyone can guess it, you might win free dinner for two!), and a screening of the episode with a "blow-by-blow commentary by Chauhan herself." Sounds like a spicy way to spend Easter Sunday. Be sure to call ahead for reservations!
