Rainbows, an international nonprofit dedicated to helping children through times of loss, just found some extra angels in Chicago. What started as a small group of five committed individuals grew to more than 14 volunteers to create the Rainbows Young Professionals Board. This can only mean one thing -- a fundraiser!
And this group is definitely putting the fun in fundraiser. Their inaugural benefit will be held from 6-8PM at Rockit Bar & Grill on Wednesday, March 25. A $25 donation, which includes domestic beers, wine, appetizers and access to Rockit's billiard tables in the upstairs lounge, will benefit Rainbows' mission of giving kids life skills to cope with death, divorce or other tumultuous times.
