December 8, 2013: The 4600 block of North Kelso is marked by the blue circle. City data seem to indicate that a snowplow turned right off of Elston (the diagonal street) onto North Kiona Avenue, but then turned left onto Kelso, leaving the 4600 block unplowed.

January 3, 2014: This was one of the season’s heaviest snows, requiring plows to work for several days to clear the streets. With all that activity, however, it still appears a snowplow never touched the 4600 block of Kelso.

January 31, 2014: City data show a lot of plow activity, including plows on some side streets nearby, but – once again – nothing on the 4600 block of North Kelso Avenue.
