Head to Sheffield's this Sunday when this Lakeview mainstay hosts its first-ever Chili Cook-Off. For $25, guests can suck down six (!)complimentary draft beers and fill their bellies with a free buffet served alongside the chili challengers. The festivities will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sheffield's back patio, which is luckily covered considering rain and temps in the 50s are expected on Sunday. You might want to grab a seat next to Sheffield's outdoor barbecue pit.
To enter, chili contestants must enter a crock pot of their concoction by 1 p.m. the day of the competition. Guests can sample each entry, and cast a vote for their favorite. The Chili Cook-Off King (or Queen) will receive a $500 holiday party at Sheffield's, and runners up will receive a case of specialty beers.
