Cubs pitcher Randy Wells hosted the Red Dirt Fest at Joe's Bar, a charity event for Children's Memorial Hospital. More than 500 Cubs and country music fans were entertained by musicians Brandon Jenkins, Randy Rogers and Stoney LaRue, while NBC 5's Ginger Zee and Cubs announcer Len Casper worked the auction, helping to raise $20,000. Several of Wells' Cubs teammates also stopped by to support the cause.
