Moshpix: Chicago is a town of thick steaks and stiff drinks, which means you can never have enough upscale steakhouses. Enter Chicago Cut, a new player in town nestled on the banks of the Chicago River. Owners David Flom and Matty Moore (pictured) bring their experience from Rosebud and Smith & Wollensky to this new venture that features on-site dry aged USDA prime steaks and a 600-strong wine list that is easily accessible from an iPad at your table.
