Why order from Domino's when you can make your own pizza at home? Learn how at Frasca Pizzeria and Wine Bar's pizza cooking class on Tuesday, Dec. 9. Chef Javier Gomez and Frasca owner Josh Rutherford will teach participants to make pizza dough from scratch, which will then be made into three types of specialty pizzas: margarita (with tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and basil), caponata (with tomato sauce, eggplant, goat cheese, red peppers, mushrooms and artichokes) and pepperoni (topped with tomato sauce, oregano, provolone and mozzarella).
