Crains reports that a deal for a high-end Michael Jordan steakhouse in a River North office tower at 353 N. Clark Street has fallen through.
The deal between Cornerstone Restaurant Group LLC and Mesirow Financial was close to happening, to the point where a lease was ready to be signed, but the deal went sour and negotiations broke off, Crains reported.
Jordan currently owns one sixty blue on West Randolph Street.
