It's Going to Be Fierce

Project Runway winner Christian Siriano presents a fashion show at Lumen

Christian Siriano, one of the most memorable (and talented) contestants ever to appear on Project Runway, has become a fashion force to be reckoned with, from designing for style icons such as Victoria Beckham, Anne Hathaway and his former host, Heidi Klum, to his full couture collection for the upcoming movie "Eloise in Paris" starring Uma Thurman (not to mention his burgeoning TV career).

The 22-year-old wunderkind will bring his fierceness to Chicago on Friday, April 10 for a fashion show at hip Fulton Market nightspot Lumen. The "Love Games" runway event will showcase Siriano's spring-summer 2009 collection in collaboration with Wicker Park boutique Bonnie & Clyde's, the only Chicago retail venue to carry the emerging designer's line (so far).

The "Love Games" fashion show will kick off on the runway at 10PM (doors open at 9PM). Table reservations are highly recommended at Lumen (fashion events like this don't come around often in Chi-Town!); call Alison at 312-733-2222 pronto. For complimentary cover before 10:30PM, email info@lumen-chicago.com; procrastinators will pay $20 at the door (that is, if you can get in).
