Another sign of the season is upon us. Families are invited for a holiday sing-along every Friday night at Millennium Park from November 28 through December 19
The program, "Caroling at Cloud Gate," begins at 6 p.m. Friday evenings at AT&T Plaza. A different choral group each week will perform holiday favorites.
"Caroling at Cloud Gate has truly become a cherished winter tradition in Chicago," says Lois Weisberg, Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs. "Each week, we have hundreds of singers gathering in the Park, creating a magical holiday scene in the center of the city."
This following groups are scheduled to perform:
- Friday, November 28: Apollo Chorus of Chicago
- Friday, December 5: The Wooten Choral Ensemble
- Friday, December 12: Chicago Chamber Choir
- Friday, December 19: Chicago Children's Choir
Each sing-along runs 50 minutes and is free and open to the public. Complimentary holiday beverages will be served.
