A couple thousand Chicago partygoers choose to forgo the hassle of NYE every year -- or start the party early -- by hitting the EVE of the EVE on December 30th at Union Station. The optional black tie party raises funds for HighSight's scholarship program, which helps Chicago kids attend private schools. Tickets are $125 in advance and $140 day of and includes an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, live music and dancing. Check out some of the scenes from the 2009 soiree.
