Four kids were hit by a car as they walked to school in the Roseland neighborhood early Thursday.
According to the Fire Department's Media Affairs, one child was taken in serious condition to Comer's Childrens Hospital at the University of Chicago. The three others were taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital in stable condition. The injuries of the three children taken to Trinity Hospital appeared to be non-life threatening, police News Affairs Officer Daniel O’Brien said.
The driver remained at the scene following the incident, but citation information was not yet available.
