Four Hours, Four Banks Robbed

Unofficially, according to an FBI tally, there have now been 273 bank robberies in the Chicago area in 2008.

That's as of about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, after four banks in the area had already been robbed that day, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

In about four hours, banks from McKinley Park to Belmont-Cragin, Old Town to Lakeview were robbed.

The Chicago Sun-Times has a few details on each of the robberies.
